Students

To all of the aspiring PR Pros in the process of earning their degrees, it’s never too late to get an early start on networking for your career. GKC-PRSA lends itself to be a resource to students and student chapters of PRSA alike. Students can begin by attending our New Pros events (described below) or bring their peers to our annual student career development day.

For the past several years GKC-PRSA has hosted college students from around the region in its annual PRSSA Day, which provides students a day-long opportunity to get feedback on their resumes, receive an inside look at how to market yourself for the job you want, and hear from local PR professionals on “life in the biz.” Stay tuned for more updates as the event nears later this fall.
