The words “market research” generally gets skin crawling and hairs standing up on the back of a person’s neck, except for those whose eyes light up whenever they hear “Likert Scale” or “Margin of Error.”

If that’s not you, fear not. This presentation will take the mystery out of how, why and when to use research to help you solve any issue, make plans, see what’s working and what isn’t in your communications and so on. You’ll walk out with a working knowledge that can help you make better decisions about the use of research.

There will be some fun case studies to show how the right research can really help, and plenty of time for questions and discussion. So, leave your pocket protector and electrical tape (to hold your eyeglasses together) at the office and join us. We promise – no math or heavy lifting will be involved.
